Delivery
Q. How much time should you allow for delivery?
A. If the item is bespoke allow at least 4 weeks from time of order. Standard products normally take between 7-21 days.
Q. Can i see samples of materials?
A. Yes, we can send samples, there is a charge for all items requested, a credit will be refunded when you place your order, or send them back in good condition and you will be entitled to a full refund less carriage costs.
Installation
Q. Can you install?
A. Yes, these can only be quoted based on the following information being available:-
  • Location
  • Day, Evening or Weekend Installation
  • Parking
  • Accessibility
Project Management
Q. Do you offer project management services?
A. Yes, for most supply and installation jobs there are a large number of suppliers and contractors. Through our 30 years of experience we can successfully manage all aspects of the job such as electricians, plumbers etc. We use prince 2 style project management techniques, for all projects we will clearly define the start point, manage all tasks, make sure contractors are fulfilling their responsibilities and bring works to a successful conclusion.
Design and Layout
Q. Can you design and layout my pharmacy?
A. Yes, we offer a consultancy service. Our designers will measure up your workspace and discuss all requirements. You will be provided both 2D and 3D plans. If you decide to use our fitting and installation services the cost of the plans with be discounted against the total cost of the job.
Q. What drawing tools do you use?
A. We use the very latest AutoCAD design technology and are able to accept most files formats from architects and shop fitters to speed up planning and estimates.
